Full Job Description
Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projectsAssist in creating and distributing meeting minutes for the monthly manager’s meetings and other executive meetingsDeliver and pick up business related correspondence in the immediate geographic areaWork with executive administrative team to create spreadsheets and presentation information for trade shows and meetingsPrepare the conference room for sales presentations and staff meetings*acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone callsmanaging diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executivebooking and arranging travel, transport and accommodationorganising events and conferencesreminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlinestyping, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondencemanaging databases and filing systemsimplementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systemsliaising with staff, suppliers and clientsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹120,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementFlexible scheduleFood allowanceSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payOvertime payShift allowanceApplication Question(s):Are you ready for travel international as well as domesticEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 10 years (Preferred)Personal assistant: 1 year (Preferred)Secretarial work: 1 year (Preferred)receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
