• Diploma or Graduate

Job Description:

• Answer inbound phone calls, Introduce Awfis products to potential customers, provide a great first impression, make outbound where ever applicable.
• Achieve and exceed the monthly/quarterly metrics (appointments with prospects, discovery call for sales and generating sales qualified leads)
• Work closely with the entire sales/ Ops organization to accelerate the sales pipeline & customer service to extend our reach into target accounts

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple tasks, Time Management & Prospecting skills
• Must be a goal oriented, persuasive, self-motivated and independent worker
• Strong ability to quickly develop rapport and should be an Active listener
• Has at least 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience.
