MTG Learning Media Pvt ltd is looking for EA to CEO.Please find the below Job description:1. To assist CEO in day to day task.
2. Scheduling Meetings and taking MOMs
3. Follow ups for closure of action items
4. Inter-Department coordination
5. Good Written & Verbal Communication skills
6. Should be able to handle CEO’s Office independently.
7. Good knowledge of MS Office – Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
8. Should be savvy with Excel reports.
9. Filing and Record keeping of documents
10. Knowledge of Shorthand will be an added advantage.
11. Very good experience in handling various departments.
12. Go getter attitude and Self Driven13.
