Job Summary: As an Admission Counsellor (Part Time – 4 Hours a Day), the work profile will be to coordinate with the students and generate admissions for our various training programs and learning programs by developing and executing a plan to meet short and long term sales and profitability targets. Counsellor will Identify new business prospects, penetrate and develop new opportunities and continuously improve performance and conversions.Responsibilities and Duties:

• Initiating phone conversations with students or professionals.
• Schedule & conduct Live Online Counselling sessions for the enrollment process.
• Monitoring self-performance at all times, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue per sale, etc.
• Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, whatsapp, SMS, calls.
• Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle.
