Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Based in central Bradford, we are a leading manufacturer of innovative own brand, products designed to challenge the market. With over 25 years in the business, we now have four dedicated office spaces including a production office in China and support in India.

Now, we are gearing up to shake the electronic and health, and beauty industries to their core with the introduction of two new brands and a multitude of different and exciting products, and that is just the beginning.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answers customers questions, resolves problems, and maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.
• Dealing with international customers.
• Improves customer service quality results by conducting surveys and studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and establishing and communicating service metrics and monitoring and analyzing results.
• Issue compensation, exchanges or refunds, or offer more services
• Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports.
• Collaborating effectively with supply chains, sales and other teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
• Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
• Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.

Skills required:

• Should have solid prior experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
• Ability to think strategically and to lead.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
