Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Quick and accurate data entry and analysis
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Publish financial statements in time
• Ensuring time-bound and accurate preparation of monthly Management MIS, Quarterly results, and year-end financials
• Working capital and Cash flow Management
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Ensuring Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Develop financial strategies by Forecasting Capital requirements, Identifying Monetary Recourses for Company/group company

• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to senior management while recommending future course of action

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Taxation: Well-versed with statutory filings including TDS, Service Tax, GST, PF, ESI, LWF, etc.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with accounting softwares in general and Tally in particular
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
• Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
• Highly detail-oriented
• Knowledge of dealing with Financial Institutions, Preparation of documentation for project fund requirements, GST, TDS, RERA Finance & Accounts up to Finalization, etc.
• Can read and speak English, Hindi fluently
• Pleasant, courteous, and ethical personality

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
