Job Summary
Key Responsibilities (Job Oriented)
1)
Review of product quality related customer complaint and feedback on Daily basis.
2)
Monitor Standard Room & Final Inspection work activities on daily basis.
3)
Review of In-house, supplier quality performance and update in Record.
4)
Review customer complaints and take solid concurrence actions to achieve 90% customer rating.
5)
Prepare Customer presentations and Internal Reviews.
6)
Review in-house, supplier and customer PPM. As per targets and display in cell stations.
7)
Get PPAP approval from customer and keep in safe Custody.
8)
Prepare inspection standard for incoming, in-process and final inspection.
9)
Overall responsibility for inspection activities at Final Stage.
10)
Prepare Work Schedule at Final Tapping & Inspection Area.
11)
Audit supplier as per annual plan Audit & new supplier with Vendor Team.
12)
Control &Monitor COPQ.
13)
Identify MME requirements for product inspection.
14)
Initiate CAPA against in-house, in-process and SCAP- customer end quality problems.
15)
Analyze supplier rejection / rework
16)
Initiate any change/modification required for control plan / FMEA
17)
Supervise Engineer (Incoming , In-process & Final inspectors)
18)
Maintain & Update ISO/TS Documentation pertaining to Inspection area.
19)
Daily Review and take appropriate counter action on Parallelism data Analysis

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Experience : 5 to 8 years in Automobile Engineering (Precision components )
Education : BE mechanical Engineering
Certification : IATF Certified Company
