Responsibilities

Monitoring work progress at intermediate time schedule and adapt to work on congested environments.
Report every work schedule and progress to admin personal at every instant.
Checking the quality standard of work and make appropriate changes to better the standard level of work before delivery.
Maintain confidentiality of every work progress and process without the admin’s knowledge. Schedule of work progress and delivery for every work before it starts.
Get work updates from team members and make the team to finish the work on time schedule.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in any subject area (only freshers)
Minimum 6 months experience in research field and knowledge in all research domains.
Excellent verbal and written English language skills (Bilingual skill in regional languages, in addition to English will be preferred).
Action oriented with a great sense of customer focus and a high commitment to quality.
Quality of research documentation and related works cross checked before final delivery.
Should possess strong leadership skills and inspire others to perform well.
Excellent listening skills with the ability to comprehend judiciously to client’s query and problem-solve accordingly.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate in a group-setting.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
