Full Job Description
Position Summary: The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the daily administrative operations of a Rubber Industry. They will coordinate and oversee all office procedures and ensure that all administrative duties are completed accurately and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to: answering phones, responding to emails, filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.Monitor and maintain office equipment, ensuring that they are in good working condition and coordinating repairs as necessary.Ensure that all office systems, procedures, and policies are adhered to and updated as needed.Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure smooth communication and workflow.Assist in the recruitment and training of new office staff.Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements.Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementPaid time offProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Ankleshwar, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)total work: 3 years (Required)Expected Start Date: 01/05/2023
