Narottamdas Exports Hiring for Social Media Manager at Mumbai Full Time

Hi Candidate,

CALAE is a plus size womenswear brand based in Mumbai, India. We are looking for a social media manager for our brand with the below scope in mind

1. Manage all social media accounts, customer interactions and other interactions via email and social media channels.

2. Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages

3. Coordinates social media messaging with SEM team, Graphic designers, Video Editors, customer Servicing team, etc. to ensure the company’s digital presence.

4. Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns

5. Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement

6. Create and maintain social media reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

7. Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages

8. Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces

9. Suggest creative strategies on the basis of your knowledge and research on current marketing trends and competitive analysis.

10. Staying updated with the digital trends and the industry.

11. Ensuring no mistakes are made on the brand’s accounts.

12. Making sure that no postings are missed.

13. Covering live events (even on holidays) if the brand requests.

14. Being proactive about new trends on a daily basis and aligning content.

15. Handling influencer marketing for the brand.

16. Creating and maintaining content banks.

17. Being aware of the industry trends of the brand.

18. Research documents and social media strategy documents to be created and sent to the client on a monthly basis.
