Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee strategic initiatives across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating complex projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact outcomes. This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to completion.
· Align project objectives with organizational goals and ensure their realization.
· Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
· Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
· Maintain clear communication to manage priorities and provide regular updates on project status.
· Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
· Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
· Identify potential risks and implement controls to mitigate impact.
· Ensure all projects comply with organizational standards and external regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (master’s preferred).
· 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in fintech.
· Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
· Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
· Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
· Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
