Job details-
This role focuses on leveraging data analytics and automation to drive business growth, improve sales productivity, and support strategic initiatives across banks. The position requires strong analytical skills, dashboard creation expertise, and project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities-
Data & Analytics: Leverage data and analytics to generate timely insights for Business Development teams, enabling efficiency and higher volumes through Relationship Management teams. Drive business through advanced data analytics and provide actionable insights on a high-frequency basis.
2. Dashboard & Automation: Create and deliver automated, periodic dashboards for banks, non-banks, and other relevant partners. Support Business Development group and partners with regular, automated business dashboards and recommendations for growth.
3. Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities and scale existing businesses. Develop strategies to increase issuance, transactions, spends, and market share across NPCI products UPI, RuPay etc.
4. Project Management: Act as PMO to plan and drive sales efforts by developing comprehensive project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines. Support banks and non-bank partners with tracking and coordinating key tech integrations and projects.
5. Performance Metrics: Drive % increase in sales productivity through data-driven strategies. Ensure effective project planning and management to meet business priorities.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Offer tailored solutions to banks based on competitive analysis and business requirements. Lead compliance, customer success, and product development initiatives with internal stakeholders.
Key skills and experience required-
Strong proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (Superset, Tableau, Power BI). • Experience in automation and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of retail payment products (UPI, Cards).
• Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
