Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Account Management
- Order Processing through ERP ; PDF Order File and Excel Order File
- Follow up on order status with the lab and provide the updates to Customer.
- Communication with customers on all order and dispatch related queries.
- Shipment Co-ordination with Logistics Team and provide Dispatch Information to the customer
- Preparing Shipment Invoices and Packing List for the daily shipments.
- Coordination with Product Integration and Pricing Team for validation of new products.
- Close coordination with sales team for any new products for existing customers as well as for any new customer integration.
- Real Time Order Tracking in the lab and Shipment monitoring
- Preparing and Updating Customer related Reports
We need someone in 20,000 to 30,000 per month salary bracket.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
