Experience: 4 to 7 years’ experience as Sr. Sales Officer / Asst. Sales Manager with reputed Builder/ Real estate,

Job Description / Roles and Responsibilities:

· Plan, organise, and carry out sales specifically for (real estate) projects.

· Talk with potential buyers about prospects and follow up on them.

· Arranging site visits for potential buyers facilitates the closing of the deal.

· Manage daily business processes, including internal CRM software.

· Develop your real estate expertise and keep up with the laws and regulations governing the Indian real estate market by taking responsibility and initiative.

· Keep friendly contacts with other clients of the business as well as potential builders and buyers.

· Meeting Property Service Providers.

• Any Graduation
• Self-motivated

• Must have experience in Kerala
