Naveen Security Services Hiring for Security Manager at Thiruvananthapuram Full Time

Qualitative Requirements :

Age : Below 50 Years, Edn: Preferably any University Degree.

• Looking for a well experienced and seasoned personality who posses excellent managerial skills in the Field of Security with Good communication skill, emergencies handling skill and handling Report and returns with IT skills.

Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years experience as Security Manager / Assistant Security Manger and managed Security, Fire and Safety etc of large / multi-storeys installations / Handled Corporate security functions and access control systems. Must be able to handle the following (Not exhaustive) :-

• The Security Manager shall be in charge of the overall security of the premises.
• Effectively communicate between the client and security company.
• Run the client’s entire security operations, keeping in view the mandate given as per the agreement.
• Coordinate the duty timings of all Security Supervisors, CCTV Supervisors and guards during day and night and will ensure proper discipline and conduct of security.
• Ensure that all relevant registers are maintained properly.
• The Security Manager should be vigilant and alert at all times and take necessary action in case of emergency.
• Liaison with external agencies.
• Report the concerned Person and FMS Team In case of an emergency or any untoward incident occurred.
• Coordinate the duty timings of all supervisors, guards, during day and night and will ensure proper discipline and conduct of security staff.
• To patrol the buildings whenever deemed fit.
• Attend phone calls internally/external.
• To control the movement of staff/visitors with the help of the supervisors and guards.
• To ensure that the persons entering the workstation hold proper entry passes.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 36 months

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
