1. Maintains and enforces a documented system of accounting policies, procedures, and internal safeguards.

2. Evaluating Accounting and internal control systems.

3. Establish and maintain newly formed Bank accounts and related controls.

4. Oversee the operations of the accounting function, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department’s goals and objectives.

5. Train, develop and lead the accounting staff with the goal of maximizing the strengths of each team member to create an efficient, high functioning team.

6. Planning, directing, and coordinating all accounting activities.

7. Develop & publish reporting metrics of KPIs.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹800,000.00 – ₹950,000.00 per year
