JOB ROLES:

• You should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.
• You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.
• Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Keeping confidential records.
• Listening to clients’ concerns, and helping them to see things more clearly or in a different way.
• Empathy & Understanding.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Patience and calm mannered
