NEODRIFT Hiring for Accountant – Ecommerce at Narela Full Time

We are Neodrift an Automotive Accessories Brand based in Delhi. We are seeking for a professional with accounting as well as operations background. The ideal candidate we require for this role should be well versed with accounting knowledge for e-commerce and offline sales. As well as day to day business operations such as stock, production and orders management. The candidate would get to work in diverse fields as this is not just a pure accounting role. He or she needs to be good with multitasking and hardworking.

Accounting Responsibilities –

• Preparing the outstanding List of Debtor & making payment follow-up.
• Preparing monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement.
• Maintaining ledger books of different Clients.
• Maintaining Cash &Bank transaction and also bank related work comprising all electronic Transactions.
• Performing Daily entry of accounting.
• Preparing Credit note, Debit Note.
• Filing of Returns Under GST (Like GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B).
• Preparation of reconciliation statement of GSTR2A.
• Finalization of Accounts
• Filing of TDS Returns

Operations Responsibilities –

• Handling day to day business operations
• Stock Management as well as taking full responsibility of the stock
• Updating orders on dashboard with their current status of fulfilment
• Knowledge of Canva and other photo editing softwares such as CAD, Photoshop are welcomed

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
· Fluency in Google Spreadsheets (Formulae such as Import range, V-lookup and Query)
· Strong knowledge of Computax, Tally and other ERPs.

Salary: From ₹20,000.00 per month
