Netrix Global Looking For Senior Security Analyst Tier 3 at Pune, Maharashtra, Full Time

Netrix Global team is looking for an experienced Senior Security Engineer, Tier III to join our team and lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our customers’ Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies and methodologies, along with a proven track record of designing and deploying SIEM solutions in complex environments.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of SIEM platforms to ensure timely detection, analysis, and response to security incidents.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Identify and assess potential security risks and vulnerabilities in our customer’s systems and networks and recommend mitigation strategies to the stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain security incident response plans, conduct regular drills, and provide guidance to technical teams during security incidents.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure that security systems are integrated and optimized for maximum effectiveness.
• Conduct regular reviews of SIEM performance metrics and make recommendations for optimization.
• Stay current with emerging security threats and vulnerabilities and make recommendations for improvements to our security posture.
• Lead and mentor junior security engineers and analysts on the team.

What You Will Bring to The Table:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in the cybersecurity field with a focus on SIEM implementation and management.
• In-depth knowledge of security concepts, methodologies, and technologies such as intrusion detection/prevention, firewall technologies, threat analysis, vulnerability management, and security incident response.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM solutions such as Splunk, IBM QRadar, ArcSight, or LogRhythm.
• Experience with Security Automation implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or CEH are a plus.
