1. TAT from HRF to Offer and Offer to Joining.

2. Offer Acceptance to Joining Ratio

3. Emphasis on internal sourcing (non-consultant hiring).

4. Savings on hiring budget.

5. Completion status of Pre joining Documentation

6. Timely & accurate MIS.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing to fill open Fintech positions across functions as per agreed TATs and anticipate future needs.

2. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)

3. Organize and/or attend career fairs, walk in interviews etc as need maybe.

4. Leverage the internet, social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates and create contacts within the industry.

5. Continually strives to increase and expand knowledge of new recruiting tools and techniques.

6. Prepare accurate & zero-error MIS.

Prior Exposure of atleast 5years in fintech recruitment is mandatory.
