Job Description:

• Drive business from the Emerging markets like Kolkata, entire east market.
• Be a brand partner consultant offering solutions through the network. Being articulate, explain the concept in a manner that interests the partners.
• Keep tab of the revenue, to achieve the assigned target for the month, quarter & the year.
• Manage to achieve the assigned business goals & assigned target.
• Have a strong connect with the market, partners to grow the business.
• Strong understanding of the market landscape to drive new business & also grow the accounts.
• Strong communication inter-personal, negotiation skills are a key.
• Work closely with the internal teams to drive the consumption of deliveries on time as per the commitment to the partners.
• Work closely with various functions to meet the objectives & goals.
• Shoulder the responsibility. Motivate, drive self to achieve the goals. Be part of the periodic reviews with the team, be a role model to the rest of the team members & command respect.
• Be a quick learner & at the same time unlearn whenever necessary.
• Strong presentation & analytics skills.
