This position is full-time and located in our Noida, India, office. While offices are closed and employees are remote during COVID-19, this position will report to the office after the pandemic has passed.
The Digital Product Designer will be responsible for the design of front-end applications that meet the needs of the user.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product team members, engineers to create holistic experiences from a user centered philosophy
• Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions with product team members and engineers
• Create exploratory analysis documents and reports
• Create and modify mock-ups to guide product and engineering in solutioning

• Perform UX quality reviews to include testing and sign-off on designs implemented in the product to ensure alignment with design while balancing speed to market

• Streamline complex processes associated with NGS’s domain
• Keep up to date on latest tools, presenting to and educating the team on emerging design patterns
• Opportunity to create and define a universal design framework across all of Next Gear Solutions

Candidate Profile and Qualifications We are looking for Product Designers at Next Gear Solutions to empower our users and customers with next generation experiences. We’re looking for someone who has a natural eye for detail, a user first approach in solving problems and has deep knowledge in UI / UX practices and work best collaborating with engineering, product and other cross-functional stakeholders. Specific Qualifications:

• UX Portfolio link must be included in the CV
• Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Web Design, or similar field
• A strong portfolio with examples of currently live or shipped products
• In-depth knowledge of user interface models, application design, and website functionality
• Experience working with Figma, AdobeXD, Sketch, Axure
• Experience creating and evangelizing design frameworks
• Experience in working for a software-as-a-service or similar development company
• Ability to learn quickly on the job
• Advanced problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills

• Preference given to those with experience in JavaScript and TypeScript and with frameworks and libraries like Angular, React, VueJS, and jQuery; HTML5 and CSS
