Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and foster relationships with key industry stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, suppliers, and customers.
• Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to network and build relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and policies that may impact the battery industry.
• Collaborate with market research team to identify potential opportunities and threats in the battery industry.
• Analyze market data, competitor activities and trends to provide insights to the companys product and management team.
• Collaborate with the marketing and public relations teams to develop content and materials for industry-related outreach.
• Assist in the coordination of collaborative projects with industry partners, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met.

Requirements

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• A bachelors degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, engineering, or a related discipline. A masters degree or MBA can be advantageous.
• Freshers are eligible to apply but Prior experience in a similar role or in a relevant industry (e.g., energy, renewable energy, battery technology) is preferred. Experience in government relations or public affairs can also be beneficial.
• A strong understanding of the battery industry, including battery technologies, trends, and market dynamics.

Skill Requirement:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for maintaining relationships with industry stakeholders and conveying complex information to a wide range of audiences.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with government agencies, industry associations, suppliers, customers, and other industry stakeholders.
• Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the battery industry.
• Understanding of advocacy and lobbying efforts and the ability to represent the companys interests within industry associations and government bodies.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing industry trends, regulations, and priorities. The ability to address industry-related challenges, crises, and emerging issues.
