Overall objective of the Role : The BI Data Delivery Analyst will be responsible for supporting business requirements using the available Business Intelligence platform(s), developing the reports needed to support strategic and operational objectives. The BI analyst will align with the Business to build and maintain relevant client SLA reporting, Operational reports, dashboards and ad hoc requests as needed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute report creation and delivery of reports to end users
- Transform data sets into simple visuals and dashboards for review and action using Business Intelligence reporting tools
- Recommend the appropriate report tool/functionality to meet business visualization needs, design and build reports driven by requirements and iterations of feedback from business
- Respond to new and adhoc report requests based on the defined governance process
- Highlight areas of opportunity or highlight improved performance based on report results
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other departments to effectively partner on reporting needs
- Recommend improvements in the reporting
- Develop and maintain appropriate documentation of reporting requirements and process
- Interact with the reporting team to establish/clarify requirements and develop report specifications
- Review all report requests against current report library and business needs to ensure optimal efficiency in delivery
