WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development, configuration and administration experience.

• Hands-on experience in Performance Analytics

• Hands-on experience with Service Portal ideally in developing widgets and pages.

• Experience in data analytics

• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships.

• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes.

• Experience with Agile methodology.

• ServiceNow Developer Certification.

• ITIL v3 Certification required, v4 preferred.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As our ServiceNow Reporting Portal Lead, you will design and oversee the team on Reporting Portals, Performance Analytics and Dashboards. You will mentor junior team members in best practices of portal development and Performance Analytics design.

This role oversees the creation of management dashboards, reports on KPIs and metrics and answers key business questions to help increase quality and reduce the costs of service delivery.

The ideal candidate has extensive Portal and Performance Analytics experience in ServiceNow as well as a working knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, HTML, XML and Python. Candidates will have multiple years of experience on the ServiceNow platform as well as in depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Database, Tables and Relationships.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

This role will work closely with process owners and stakeholders to design and deliver reporting portal solutions via SCRUM methodology.

A typical day will include requirements review, data analysis, development and demonstrations of new reporting and portal features. You may also find yourself assisting with data compliance challenges and leveraging data from ServiceNow to assist in audit findings.
