The Bakery Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the bakery, from managing staff to ensuring that products are delivered to customers in a timely and satisfactory manner. The Bakery Manager must have strong leadership skills to manage staff, communicate with suppliers, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the bakery, including staffing, inventory, and quality control

• Oversee the production process, ensuring that products are made in accordance with quality and safety standards

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all bakery operations

• Train and supervise staff, including bakers, customer service representatives, and administrative staff

• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies

• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase customer base and revenue

• Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

• Troubleshoot any issues related to production, customer service, or staff performance

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in bakery management or a related field

• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure

• Experience with inventory management and production scheduling software

• Knowledge of safety and health regulations related to bakery operations

• Familiarity with baking processes and equipment

• Marketing and sales experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
