Cater to key clients, top customers, high profile architects and interior designers as assigned by the management as well as developed by you Ability to identify key customers and give an excellent service based on their needs to the designated accounts Visit ongoing sites and supervise projects of the company Prepare work plans or work maps in advance to give a fair idea to the management about weekly/monthly plans Prepare work reports and Customer Trackers and submit them every week to HO Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines Complying with periodic sales targets as instructed by seniors/management Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, management and possible use in future or company training Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management Co-coordinating with accounts and sales coordination team at the head office Conduct regular market research Collaborating with the sales coordination team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling Managing and guiding junior sales executives if required Strategic planning to improve client results, resolving key client issues and complaints, taking active feedback from clients as well as stakeholders Retain top customers, regular follow-ups, developing and maturing those key relationships over time Prepare expense reports, submit original and bonafide bills, tickets, necessary documentation to head office to get reimbursed for expenses Fulfilling targets given by the management Keep in touch with the ASM/ZM of the respective region to fulfil needs of the clients Submit timely reports and day-to-day reporting to the GM, Directors and management of the companyKey Skills Required: Knack for sales, goal-oriented Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow through on client contracts Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Specifically in English and Hindi Effective Time Management, multi-tasking skills MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Feed correct information and give regular reports/updates in the software/email/excel Quick learner, good memorizing power Being knowledgeable enough to answer any query or give feedback to the clients Adaptable and dynamic, attention to details Travel flexibility for work-related trips across India Open for relocation (India) if requiredJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR25,000.00 – INR35,000.00 per monthSchedule:
