Responsibilities:

• Respond to Inbound Customer Phone Calls
• Make Outbound Phone Calls to customers to ensure critical customer information is accurately captured
• Email Correspondence with customers
• Adhering to high compliance standards

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
• Computer Literacy
