• Strong experience in process analysis, process improvement, or business process management. • Proficiency in using UiPath Process Mining or similar process mining tools. • Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and familiarity with statistical methods. • Experience with process modelling techniques such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) or similar. • Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and tools, preferably UiPath. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights. • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels. • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and investigate process-related issues and discrepancies. Self-motivated and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
