Role Overview:
NMG Technologies is looking to grow its Finance team for which a Accountant has a critical role. You will be responsible for:

• Managing and tallying all accounting transactions in Quick books.

• Preparing GST data and coordinate with GST department and CA.

• Handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closings for TDS, ITR, PF, ESI and Payroll.

• Complying with financial policies and regulations; and thorough understanding of latest ITR, GST, PF, ESI updates.

• Preparing budget forecasts in MIS.

• Reconciling accounts payable and receivable.

• Ensuring timely bank payments every week.

• Computing taxes and preparing tax returns in coordination with the CA and Audit team.

• Managing balance sheets and profit/loss statements in coordination with the CA and Audit team.

• Tracking company’s financial health and liquidity monthly; and presenting the report to the directors.

• Auditing financial transactions and documents in coordination with the external auditor.

• Reinforcing financial data confidentiality and conducting database backups when necessary

• Required Candidate Skills:

• Experience with handling subordinates.

• Hands-on experience with Quickbooks and Tally accounting software

• Advanced MS Excel skills.

• Experience with handling international remittances and transactions.

• Knowledge of GST reverse input and monthly GST filling and going to department for refunds.

• Good communication skills.

• BCom Hons, Finance or relevant degree, CA (Inter) level.
