Job Description

This role includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll work under the guidance of senior designer or Brand Manager and assist in creating visual content for various mediums such as of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, teasers, mailers and more.Key Responsibilities :Work along with Sr. Designer on creating visually appealing designs for various platforms such as print, digital media, social media, websites, or marketing collateral.- Design all creative material as per guidance provided- Quickly deliver on creative material – Design and refresh material with major/minor changes in visual and text elements.- Developing layouts, selecting colors, typography, and arranging visual elements to communicate messages effectively.- Assisting in developing and maintaining brand identity through consistent use of logos, colors, and other brand elements.- Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web developers, marketing, printing vendors as necessary.- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.- Working closely with other team members, such as copywriters, marketers, or project managers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.- Staying updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve skills and deliver cutting-edge designs.Dimensions :- This is an individual contributor roleRequirements – Skills & Competencies :- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Corel Draw, Photoshop, 2D animation, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator etc. is essential. – Familiarity with latest design tools and technologies is a plus- Working Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript as added advantage.- A strong eye for visual composition & creativity- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.Requirements -Education & work experience- Any Graduate and Diploma in Graphic Designing, Visual Arts, Multimedia or in related field . – Relevant work experience for 2 to 4 years as Graphic designer.
