Job Description for Sr. Software Test Engineer
- 5+ years professional work experience in software testing.
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Familiarity with web application testing, SDLC, and testing best practices.
- Well-versed with the JIRA tool for tracking defects and writing test cases using the Zephyr plug-in.
- Attend and contribute to Agile events (daily stand-up, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Excellent planning, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
- Automation experience is good to have
- API testing is good to have
- ISTQB is good to have
