NOV Hiring for Sr. Field Service Engineer at Mumbai, Maharashtra Full Time

Eligibility Criteria for Sr. Field Service Engineer –

Candidate having B.Tech Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical degree with  5 -7years of experience in related stream of Oil and Gas Industry are eligible  to apply. He should have good workable knowledge  on Drilling Instrumentation/control packages including sensors/servers/workstations and other products lines related to oil drilling rig applications such as electronic Auto Driller, SoftSpeed-II etc. and also should be familiar with various digital communication protocols as well as various data formats such as WITS, WITSML, Modbus, OPC etc. and their integration in Realtime. 

Job Responsibilities – 

• Installation & Commissioning, preventive & break-down maintenance & troubleshooting job on all kinds of MD Totco Rig Instrumentation systems / other products as and where required on rigs located both in onshore and offshore locations in India.
• Installation and troubleshooting of various sensors and Data acquisition units, server/workstations including its Software and Hardware.
• Trouble shooting of network related issues.
• Workable knowledge on hydraulic instrumentation 
• Drilling Data Monitoring, Data quality checks, issue reporting and Trouble shooting.
• Provide remote supporting to Field service Engineers /customers as and when required.
• Testing & Repairing of customer owned equipment in workshop.
