Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to • Perform Reporting and Analytics activities on all supported tools in a timely and accurate manner, meeting all business timelines and information/analytic needs. • Support stakeholder management and interactions with GPOs, Countries, NGSCs, FRA LT, etc. in specific area of responsibility • Cooperate with IT resources to maintain tools and systems. Ensure continuous system availability across all time zones through process optimization and teamwork. • Cooperate on projects on management reports with emphasis on compliance and controls monitoring. • Support FRA in providing timely reports to monitor Operational stability, internal controls and compliance (eg: NFCM Controls, process performance KPIs, Financial Controls and Compliance reviews, etc.) • Operationalize robust standard processes supported by tools and systems, reflecting best practices, supported by a control framework • Ensure high level of solution usability while meeting business requirements. Provide ad-hoc key customer support including advice on accounting treatments • Deliver the Training program on FRA Management Reporting systems. Good collaboration and focus on team performance nnnn Position Title: FRA KPI Reporting & Compliance Asst.Mgr Minimum requirements: WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE: • CA/MBA (Finance) or Equivalent/University Degree ideally in accounting, finance, or economics • Minimum of 5 years working experience in performance management systems, financial reporting and analysis or financial planning and analysis roles in a multinational organization • Knowledge of financial consolidation principles necessary, dealing with multiple currencies and FX scenarios • Strong written and oral communication skills • Experience with SAP BW, SAP BPC is a must. Experience with QlikSense highly advantageous •Experience in advance excel and MS-Office applications is must.
