Your Key Responsibilities: • Drive IT Process Management for all Infrastructure activities and be responsible for the daily operations of all IT Infrastructure Services and Systems around the globe. Ensure solid and continuous service delivery. Own critical incident resolution, Continuous development of the IT Infrastructure Service Catalog in alignment with the business needs, the IT roadmap, and the goals of the IT Back-office • Operational excellence of the IT Infrastructure Services and the definition of value adding critical metrics, SLAs and OLAs, Proactively lead performance across the board to ensure SLAs and critical metrics are achieved, Identify, establish, and implement key ITIL Practices • Support and ensure compliance to defined IT Governance controls, standards, and practices. Accountable for handling suppliers in ensuring they deliver quality services and meet all contractual obligations. Tracks actual utilization of services and reporting of supplier performance in meeting business service expectations and service levels. • IT Infrastructure Management, IT Service Management Practices (preferred ITIL Managing Professional) • Compliance, Risk Management (GxP: sound knowledge of validation practice and IT control standards • Systems Integration & Build (Dev-Ops mentality and full solution lifecycle understanding from idea to retirement) • Outstanding reasoning and decision-making skills, Documented experience working across IT Teams • Proven track record to establish and maintain strong long-term relationships, communications and interact professionally with a diverse group of Executives, Managers, and Subject Matter Experts in IT, Customer and service first demeanor nnnn Position Title: Global Lead, IT Infra Integration Minimum requirements: What you’ll bring to the role: • University degree in Computer Science or comparable education • 10+ years of experience in working with SAP technologies, especially in Infrastructure and Basis Support. • Experience in both on-prem and cloud deployment of SAP solutions. • Experience in hybrid and multi-cloud environments. • Experience in negotiating agreements with corporate suppliers in close co-operation with the sourcing function. • Stable, compliant, secure and efficient operations measured by Availability, Performance, Capacity Metrics along with continuous cost reductions YOY, Services are led within SLA/OLA critical metrics, Learning Agility, Ability to evaluate and launch new services & capabilities, Productivity gains and defect reduction through continuous improvement, Application performance and availability, Process and compliance setup is applied and adhered Desirable Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in leading engineering teams. • More than 10 years of experience in Service Management or Engineering of a global service portfolio in similar areas as above, across geographies and business areas. #Orbit Why Sandoz?500 million patients were touched by Sandoz generic and biosimilar medicines in 2021and while we’re proud of this, we know there is more we could do to continue to help pioneer access to medicines for people around the world.
