Your Key Responsibilities: • Drive IT Process Management for major incidents and be responsible for major incidents of all IT Services and Systems around the globe. • Own major incident resolution, Own major incident process, Operational excellence of the IT Infrastructure Services and the definition of value adding critical metrics, SLAs and OLAs, Proactively handle performance across the board to ensure SLAs and critical metrics are achieved • Identify, establish, and implement key ITIL Practices, Support and ensure compliance to defined IT Governance controls, standards, and practices. • Accountable for handling suppliers in ensuring they deliver quality services and meet all contractual obligations. Tracks actual utilization of services and reporting of supplier performance in meeting business service expectations and service levels. • Stable, compliant, secure and cost-effective operations measured by Availability, Performance, Capacity Metrics along with continuous cost reductions YOY, Major Incident Critical issue Handling, Services are managed within SLA/OLA critical metrics • Learning Agility, Ability to evaluate and launch new services & capabilities • Productivity gains and defect reduction through continuous improvement, End User Experience and satisfaction, Process and compliance setup is applied and adhered nnnn Position Title: Global Service Manager, Major Incidence, GCS & NOC Minimum requirements: What you’ll bring to the role: • University degree in Computer Science or comparable education • Track record in delivering multinational projects on time, quality and budget Experience in negotiating agreements with corporate suppliers in close co-operation with the sourcing function. • 10 year’s experience in leading managers, IT Infrastructure Management, IT Service Management Practices (preferred ITIL Managing Professional) • Compliance, Risk Management (GxP: sound knowledge of validation practice and IT control standards • Systems Integration & Build (Dev-Ops mentality and full solution lifecycle understanding from idea to retirement).
