Any Graduate from a recognize (UGC) Board or University with at Least 1 Year of Customer Support (Technical or Semi Technical Voice Process) Experience in an International BPO.
Serves as a support resource to assist sales in the handling of Customer affecting service issues.
Investigates and resolves outages and other issues affecting the quality of service
Proactively escalates by phone, following up by email, through the appropriate hierarchical structures.
Provides status and updates to the Customer, sales, and service management leadership.
Ability to work under pressure for extended periods of time.
Needs to be organized and have the ability to multi-task
Should have critical thought process and decision making capability with focus on accuracy.
Excellent communication skills (specifically Verbal and Written English).
