• Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
• Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Researching prospective accounts in target markets
• Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
• Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
• Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals

Required Skills:

• Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
• Must have experience in the IT industry and products related to IT
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
