  What you will be doing:

• Supervise and coordinate all the activities of the Accounts Receivable section.
• In efficient and timely collection of receivables.
• Ensure cash receipts, claims, or unpaid invoices are accounted for properly.
• Calculate and enter charges for interest, refunds, or related items.
• Responsible for account statements or other related reports as per the standards.
• Any matter which may affect the interests of the hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Excellent in Time Management, result oriented with an eye for details
• Main Responsibility is to focus on day to day transactions of both the complex Front office transactions & to prepare the Evalpack reports.
• Also to focus on filing GSTR-1 returns on monthly basis on or before the due dates by coordinating & interacting with the Concerned Stakeholders
• Conversant in accounting principles and financial regulation standards
