NTT DATA Business Solutions Hiring for FICA at Hyderabad, Telangana Full Time

5 to 8 years’ experience.

Experience in FICA configuration of Main /Sub , Payment hierarchy, Clearing rules, Dunning, Security Deposits, Payment Clearings, Open item management, Tax, Installment plans, Returns, Refund Process,Write offs.

Experience in Revenue Accounting and Recognition (RAR) and clear understanding of deferred revenue concept.

Expertise in application of FICA in Education domain

Experience with all aspects of the system implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post implementation support

Controlling:
Maintain the Versions for actual and planned postings

Creation of Cost Centres, profit centres and Definition of Cost Centre and profit centre Hierarchy

Creation of Activity types and Statistical key figures and Allocation, Distribution and assessment of costs

Creation of Primary and Secondary Cost Elements with appropriate Cost Element Category

Definition of Internal Orders Types, Order Masters and Settlement Profiles

Asset Management

Configuring Chart of Depreciation, Depreciation Areas and Depreciation keys

Creation of Asset Classes, Asset number ranges, Account determination and related settings

Managing acquisition of new asset with Asset under construction (AUC) and settlement of the same to final asset.

CA/ICWA candidates are preferred but otherwise should be a Post Graduate as minimum educational qualification like MBA/MCom, etc.

SAP Certification and exposure to SAP S/4 HANA will be added advantage.

Descent Communication and presentation skills are expected coupled with inter-personal skills

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely

Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management

Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements

SAP certification FICO or S4 HANA Simple Finance Certification preferred

Should have 5 – 8 of FICO relevant experience on SAP Simple Finance

Should have done end to end 2 implementations projects or Application support

Must possess specific and in-depth skills, knowledge, and experience with multiple facets of SAP S4/HANA:

FI module components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Banks (including integration), and Treasury

CO module components including Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing (including BOMs and Routings), Profitability Analysis (COPA), Manufacturing Variances and Settlements, and Profit Centers

Master Data components including Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Bank Master, BOMs and Routings

Accounts receivables Credit and Deduction Management

Process Runner Creation of templates for the business

Extensive experience with FI/CO integration with other process modules, including Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM).

Knowledge on S4 is a must including the new Finance structures and Account based COPA.

Configure Global settings and Enterprise structure settings.

Gather Information on their current business processes and prepare a document.

Preparation of Blue print for implementing the project.

Data Mapping-Mapping the source data element for each data element in the target environment.

Configure G/L, A/P, A/R, Asset Accounting.

General understanding of ABAP developments and the debugging process

General understanding of Idocs and Interfaces between SAP and Non-SAP systems

Ability to work closely with client personnel to insure requirements are correctly identified and documented.

Understanding the business requirement of the organization

Validate any changes in customize.

Provide training to end-user.

FIT- Gap Analysis processes documents

Functional testing and Integration Testing.

Prepare End user training Document.

Prepare workflow which is nothing but sequence of business processes flow to complete the project within defined scope, budget and time.

Production support after the product goes Live

Should have worked in manufacturing industries like Pharma, FMCG, Automobile, Steel etc. Experience to Service sector industries will be an added advantage
