· Achieve SLAs and meet process requirements.

· Responsible for end-to-end delivery to our customers.

· Conducting kick-off meetings and client collaborations.

· Accountable for support provided to both existing and new customers.

· Query management

· Application support

· Constant coordination with Business Partners for on-time deliverables.

· Managing day-to-day Service Delivery operations

· Facilitate Onboarding Business Partner setup in ERP.

· Work with AP and facilitating Partners’ payment setup.

· Maintenance of Tracker to monitor changes.

· Support – Agreements and Contracts modifications.

. Analytics and logical report building.

. Automation of process wherever necessary
