Looking for a fast, proactive candidate who is able to handle the following responsibilities:
- Keeping tally of all expenses, inventory and making invoices
- Cost control and managing procurement and vendor negotiations
- Managing HR, attendance and all office related activities
- Supervise business development and marketing related activities
- Handling front desk and answering calls and queries
Skills required:
- Excellent English Speaking and Writing Fluency
- Proficient with Google Sheets, Gmail and record keeping
