We are a Startup in the Health & Nutrition space. We are looking to hire our FIRST employee to help us with ALL things related to the Current Product and Future Products. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with a background in RTD Beverage manufacturing.Roles & Responsibilities

• Setup and monitor Quality Control policies at the Co-packers factories, from the raw material stage through to the finished product
• Complete inventory management of Raw materials and Finished products at Co-packers factories
• Production planning and coordinating with Co-packer at production facility
• Coordinate with Co-packer to develop solutions to production issues, while maintaining food safety.
• Conduct Co-packer audits
• Update and maintain all documentation for auditing purposes and collect samples for shelf life and laboratory analysis.
• Interact regularly with management, production and outside agencies in all plant operations.
• Research current consumer markets and latest technologies to develop new products
• Select & procure raw materials and other ingredients from suppliers
• Run trials of new products – either alongside or together with product development
• Coordinate launches of new products
• Deal with any customer complaint investigations or product issues
• Compile, check and approve product specifications and labelling
