Position Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics

Working Mode: Work from office

Experience: 4 to 6 years in partnering with relevant teams

Location- Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning

• Support workforce planning initiatives, helping forecast headcount needs and identifying skill gaps.
• Drive employee retention by developing strategies to address turnover and improve job satisfaction in high-turnover environments.

2. Employee Relations

• Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues in a fair, consistent, and timely manner.
• Manage conflict resolution, coaching, and disciplinary actions, ensuring adherence to company policies and local labor laws.
• Foster an open and transparent communication environment where employees feel comfortable voicing concerns and providing feedback.

3. Performance Management and Development

• Implement and drive the performance management process within the operations, warehouse, and logistics functions.
• Guide managers in setting clear performance expectations, conducting performance reviews, and developing employees.
• Promote continuous learning and development opportunities, ensuring employees have the skills required to excel in their roles.
• Support leadership development initiatives aimed at building a strong management team within the warehouse and logistics functions.

4. Health, Safety, and Well-being

• Work closely with the safety and operations teams to promote a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with identifying and mitigating potential risks to employee health and safety in the workplace.

5. HR Policies and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies within warehouse and logistics operations.

6. HR Reporting and Analytics

• Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights into employee trends, engagement levels, turnover, and other key metrics to inform decision-making.
• Prepare and present regular HR reports to senior management, highlighting key challenges and proposing solutions.
