Position: Business Analytics

Experience: 6–8 years

Location: Bengaluru

Industry Preference: Banks, Financial Institutions, NBFCs

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable business insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Build, automate, and optimize dashboards and reports for various internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and design data-driven solutions.
• Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes.
• Track and measure business KPIs, performance metrics, and campaign results.
• Develop predictive models and data frameworks to support risk, marketing, and operations teams.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong analytical mindset and expertise in number crunching.
• Hands-on experience with advanced analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Proficient in statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Ability to interpret data and present insights in a clear, concise manner.
• Experience in the BFSI domain is a must.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
