We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Marketing Manager who specializes in documentation and shipping line coordination to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials in overseas market, focusing on meticulous documentation and efficient coordination with shipping lines. The candidate should have a strong background in overseas trade regulations, customs compliance, and a proven ability to manage EXIM operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Documentation Management:
Prepare and manage all export-import documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Ensure compliance with overseas trade regulations and customs requirements for all shipments.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all EXIM documentation.
Review and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission to authorities.
2) Shipping Line Coordination:
Collaborate with shipping lines and carriers to secure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
Monitor vessel schedules and coordinate container bookings.
Negotiate shipping rates and contracts to optimize cost-efficiency.
Track shipments and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
3) RFID Integration for Export:
Develop and execute a comprehensive RFID integration strategy for export operations.
Implement RFID technology for tracking and managing export shipments, ensuring accuracy in tagging and monitoring.
Collaborate with IT teams to optimize the RFID system’s performance and integration with existing processes.
4) Customs Compliance:
Stay up-to-date with overseas trade laws and regulations.
Ensure customs compliance for both imports and exports.
Handle customs clearance processes and resolve any related issues.
Assist in managing import and export licenses and permits.
5) Logistics and Supply Chain Management:
Work closely with logistics teams to plan and execute efficient transportation and delivery strategies.
Optimize supply chain processes to minimize lead times and reduce costs.
Troubleshoot and resolve any logistics or supply chain disruptions.
6) Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor EXIM team members, providing guidance and support.
Conduct training sessions to enhance the team’s knowledge of EXIM processes.
Promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirement
1) Bachelor’s degree in Overseas Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2) 3 to 4 years of experience in export-import management with a strong focus on marketing, documentation and shipping line coordination.
3) In-depth knowledge of overseas trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping practices.
4) Strong negotiation and communication skills.
5) Proficiency in using EXIM software and Microsoft Office applications.
6) Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
7) Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and manage a team..
