Job Description
Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
Responsibilities
As a member of our engineering group, you will:
Be working across our entire stack developing world-class applications
Work with our data modeling to feed our applications
Develop simple and elegant UIs that clearly articulate the workflow to the customer
Solve problems through creating scalable applications for the largest enterprises in the world
Work in Oracle’s cutting-edge Cloud Infrastructure
Build high-quality Identity Management components, products, and solutions that meet stringent customer requirements
Create solutions using the latest in Machine Learning to enable our customers to automate with confidence
Collaborate with team members and managers to improve current products and features, adopt new technologies, and better architectural design
We are seeking experience with the following technologies/domains:
5+ years of development experience with large-scale system software
Solid understanding of security concepts. Familiar with authentication, access control, applied cryptography, security protocols, and common IT security practices
Exposure to application design patterns and insights into applications architecture and integration with cloud infrastructures
Proficient in Java, Python, scripting, SQL, and XML
Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills
Deep commitment to product quality and passion for excellence
A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in defining and evolving the world of Access Governance. You will be integrating with every application used in the enterprise today to build a highly efficient and flexible product to enable authorization. You will build solutions that enable our customers to automate tasks and provide unparalleled efficiency in how they evolve their IT operations.
