Work with Oracle’s world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle’s global infrastructure.
As a member of the IT organization, assist with the design, development, modifications, debugging, and evaluation of programs for use in internal systems within a specific function area.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.

Duties:
Scheduling Batch job in CA-ESP Workload Automation ESP for Client’s Applications
Perform adhoc scheduling requests of batch processing
Installing ESP Agents in Unix platform
Configuring the new ESP agents in Mainframe
Decommission of ESP agents from ESP Master
Setting up alerts for ESP Agents health issues, overdue jobs, failed jobs and for critical job’s completion
Handing history reporting service requests
Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Automic Workload Automation Administrator you are responsible to design, install, administer, and optimize overall control of a Automic Infrastructure. Provide technical support to ensure a high degree of Customer Happiness through Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Process Compliance and perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters. Responsibilities
• Act as the central communication point for Design, Maintain and Communicate the service support plans in Automic Workload Automation
• Communicate the business impact of major incidents and prioritize based on business impact to the client.
• Assess the impact of changes to systems, applications, and infrastructure to determine requirements.
• Troubleshooting issues with Automic Scheduler, Agents, and other connectivity to 3rd party applications.
• Performing patching and version upgrades.
• User creation and access control mechanism for various types of users in Automic. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Administration of Automic workload automation infrastructure.
• Installing, Maintenance and Decommission of Automic Master and Agents for different environments.
• Managing Database of master like creating tables, running reports by using SELECT and fetching important SOX Audit reports for a given time frame.
• Users creation and their roles and responsibilities assignation.
• Experience on both Unix and Windows environment for master and agent.
Creation/Installation of Standard/Oracle/FTP/RAC -HA/REST API Web service agents in Application Automation Engine
• Master or Agent debugging- checking logins/backend logs/Troubleshoot errors and sending logs to CA Broadcom support vendor for further analysis and support on issue.
• Job Failure Analysis- Checking out files for jobs/comments/Job status update to clients.
• Resolutions of launch errors for business critical Automic master/automation engines.
• Developing Workload objects like jobs, process flow, calendars etc., and their flow management.
• Creating Jobs/Process flows/calendars/schedules/notifications/conditions etc.,
• Monitoring of Job flows and their issues.
• Setup of alert and notification mechanisms for application. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience in high availability environment and alignment to process (ITIL)
• Experience in integration of Automic with monitoring tools.
• Expertise in migrating jobs from another scheduler to Automic workload automation.
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
