Job Description
Responsible for the development, implementation, administration and budgeting of global HR strategic company initiatives in one or more of the following areas: employment, compensation, benefits, HR operations, employee relations, diversity, immigration and organizational development Manages a professional staff.
Play an important role in leading the HR group as a strategic business partner, change agent, and member of the line management staff. Develop and implement global company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., benefit programs, manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment). Advise managers and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Ensures staffing needs are met in accordance with governmental specifications.
Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. Demonstrated leadership skills. BA/BS degree and experience in an HR specialty a plus.

Manage and develop a team of exceptional Recruiting Coordinators.
Identify opportunities to improve upon existing programs and processes and innovate on candidate experience and scheduling strategy.
Lead projects and programs focused on candidate experience, metrics, volume, capacity, process improvement and training.
Partner with leadership to ensure the team is optimally aligned to support hiring partners.
Drive cross-functional projects by facilitating communication, coordination, planning and execution across the recruiting team and internal stakeholders.
Ensure team receives growth opportunities via project and sourcing collaboration with recruiting teams.
Introduce tools and scalable processes to increase productivity and efficiency, all while increasing volume and eliminating duplicative work .
Recruit, onboard and develop new Recruiting Coordinators.
Provide development opportunities and performance feedback for direct reports.
Set expectations and hold team accountable for SLAs and quality of work.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to prioritize when balancing many different projects and timelines.
Experience creating and iterating processes within applicant tracking systems.
Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and translating those into process improvement recommendations.
Experience building and scaling programs.
Deep understanding of how to guide and inspire teams and managers.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting operations, recruiting or recruiting coordination experience.
2+ years experience leading or managing a team.
