Oracle is looking for Cloud, Principal Application Engineer to be part of Health Sciences product development group in Bangalore/Noida with strong knowledge on Siebel CRM Administrator (8.1.x onwards & IP 2017 version or above, Migration Experience, BIP,EDQ.
Requirements
Experience in Performance tuning of the Siebel Application/Database
Experience in Disaster Recovery setup.
Support the compliance requirements and provide the required information regarding Audit
DevOps Role (Siebel Admin) plus any scripting knowledge is Preferred
Participate in CSR Release process for General Availability of the release
Be a mentor and providing guidance/coaching to the team
Excellent implementation experience in Siebel IP 2017 and its product modeling, Order Management, Web services modules.
Should have good hands on SiebelCRM/OBIEE Integration using SSO authentication
Hands-on experience in Siebel Clustering/Database Cluster and Siebel Reporting functionality
Knowledge of Lift and Shift (Migrating Siebel systems from older to newer version)
Should have excellent communication skills.
Should play customer interfacing role.
Ability to work 24*7 to meet Business Requirements
Ability to co-ordinate with cross functional teams and customers
Able to work independently, manage time and complete tasks within deadlines
Must have worked in a regulated requirement
Perform performance trend analysis and manage the server/network capacity. Propose client configuration and implement technical solutions to enhance and/or troubleshoot the system. Work with others to define, coordinate vendor purchase needs. Responsible for support documentation as well.
